10:00 – departure from Évora
11:00 – arrive at the first winery
11:10 – start of the visit to the vineyards and winery
12:30 – Harmonized lunch with commented wine selection
14:30 – departure
14:45 – arrive at the second winery
15:00 – start of the visit to the vineyards and winery
16:00 – Comented wine tasting 
17:00 – departure to Évora
